We visit Oxford for two nights to mark the return of Welsh National Opera to the stage after the lockdown hiatus. 
Puccini’s emotional masterpiece will be performed in the original Italian and Rossini’s effervescent comedy will be sung in English. 
We will stay at the superb Randolph Hotel in the centre of Oxford

Day 1
Arrive at the Randolph Hotel after lunch for the first Opera talk during the late afternoon. Dinner is followed by the performance at the New Theatre.

Day 2
After a leisurely breakfast we leave for a tour of the city and a visit to the Ashmolean Museum. An opera talk precedes an early dinner which will be taken at the hotel or restaurant nearby.
