Opera & Art in Leeds

We stay at the art deco Queens Hotel in Leeds for three nights of opera with Opera North. Martinu’s immense Greek Passion receives a rare performance together with Handel’s most famous opera and Puccini’s lyrical favourite.
Informative talks on each of the operas will be complemented by visits to Temple Newsam House, Harewood House and the Leeds galleries. There will also be time to explore the recently extended Victoria Quarter.
